"It was really fascinating speaking with Jackie about how FA inspired and helped cultivate her love of reading and writing," Mia says. "We discussed her transition from working as an attorney to becoming a full-time author and the unique challenges inherent in writing historical vs. contemporary fiction. It was a wide-ranging conversation and she believes the key to her continued success has been following her passion."
