The Friends Academy Squash season is well underway with a current record of 2-3. Last Thursday, Friends Academy squash beat neighbor Portledge School 6-1 at the Creek Club. Freshman Teah Login scored her first match win of the season, coming back from behind in multiple games. She is new to the sport and said she is having fun playing and being part of the team. Quinn Dougherty, a junior, swept his matchup. “I started playing when I was five or six,” he said. “Joining the Friends Academy team, they really took me in and helped me become a better player, teaching me different ways to play and different movements. I think that’s kept me interested in the game.”
